In order to ensure that students who are poor in the state can complete their studies till standard I and reduce the drop out rate in secondary and higher secondary school, a scheme called NMMS has been implemented by MHRD, NEW DELHI, for students studying in standard I, State Examination Board, Gandhinagar.
