For the purpose of continuous evaluation periodical evaluation tests (Unit Test) are conducted from time to time in Government, Granted and Independent Primary Schools of Gujarat State. The entire planning regarding the examination to be held in class 3 to 8 in the first session of the academic year 2022-23 is included herewith. It is hereby informed to take further action from your level to inform the concerned about this.
- Regarding the organization of the first semester periodic assessment test (Ekam Kasoti) for the students of grades 3 to 8 in the year 2022/23.
- The periodical tests are to be conducted on Saturdays as per the schedule.
- The question papers of periodical tests will be made available online to the school on the day of the test itself as per the test schedule by the State Project Office, Total Education, Gandhinagar. Hence the test should be organized after the recess.
- The periodic test which is available to the school on the same day will have to administer the test by writing the test question papers on the board or displaying them on the screen where smart class is available in the school. The school will not insist that each student be given an individual question paper.
- The arrangement given here is for Gujarati medium schools.
- First language test will be conducted instead of Gujarati in other medium.
- Gujarati (second language) test will be conducted instead of Hindi in Hindi medium.
- The test will be conducted in Gujarati (second language) instead of English in English medium. In other media, the same schedule will remain for the rest of the subjects.
- For the tests of first language, science, mathematics and social science subjects, the same test papers to be given from the state level will have to be used. Independent and Granted Primary Schools may conduct other subject test on a voluntary basis.
- The instructions regarding data entry of the above tests will be given by the State Project Office, Total Education, Gandhinagar. Confidentiality has to be taken care of throughout the process.
સતત મૂલ્યાંકન હેતુસર ગુજરાત રાજ્યની સરકારી , ગ્રાન્ટેડ અને સ્વનિર્ભર પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં સમયાંતરે સામયિક મૂલ્યાંકન કસોટીઓ (એકમ કસોટી )યોજવાની થાય છે . શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ 2022-23ના પ્રથમસત્રમાં ધોરણ 3 થી 8 માં યોજાનાર કસોટી અંગેનું સમગ્ર આયોજન આ સાથે સામેલ છે . આ અંગે સંબંધિતને જાણ કરવા આપની કક્ષાએથી આગળની ઘટિત કાર્યવાહી કરવા આથી જણાવવામાં આવે છે .
વર્ષ 2022/23 માં ઘોરણ 3 થી 8 ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે પ્રથમસત્રની સામયિક મૂલ્યાંકન કસોટી(Ekam Kasoti)ના આયોજન બાબત.
સામયિક કસોટીઓ સમયપત્રક મુજબ શનિવારે લેવાની રહેશે .
સ્ટેટ પ્રોજેક્ટ ઓફિસ , સમગ્ર શિક્ષા , ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા સામયિક કસોટીઓના પ્રશ્નપત્રો કસોટીના સમયપત્રક મુજબ કસોટીના દિવસે જ શાળાને ઓનલાઈન ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં આવશે . આથી કસોટીનું આયોજન રિસેસ પછી કરવું.
સામયિક કસોટી જે તે દિવસે જ શાળાને ઉપલબ્ધ થવાને કારણે કસોટીના પ્રશ્નપત્રો બોર્ડ પર લખીને અથવા જે શાળામાં સ્માર્ટ ક્લાસ ઉપલબ્ધ હોય ત્યાં સ્ક્રીન પર ડિસપ્લે કરીને કસોટીનું સંચાલન કરવાનું રહેશે . શાળા દ્વારા પ્રત્યેક વિદ્યાર્થીને વ્યક્તિગત પ્રશ્નપત્ર આપવામાં આવે તેવો આગ્રહ રાખવામાં આવશે નહિ .
અત્રે આપેલ આયોજન ગુજરાતી માધ્યમની શાળાઓ માટે છે .
અન્ય માધ્યમમાં ગુજરાતીને બદલે પ્રથમભાષાની કસોટી યોજવામાં આવશે .
હિન્દી માધ્યમમાં હિન્દીને બદલે ગુજરાતી ( દ્વિતીયભાષા ) ની કસોટી લેવામાં આવશે .
અંગ્રેજી માધ્યમમાં અંગ્રેજીને બદલે ગુજરાતી ( દ્વિતીયભાષા ) ની કસોટી લેવામાં આવશે . અન્ય માધ્યમમાં બાકીના વિષયો માટે સદર આયોજન યથાવત્ રહેશે .
પ્રથમભાષા , વિજ્ઞાન , ગણિત તથા સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન વિષયની કસોટીઓ માટે રાજ્યસ્તરેથી આપવામાં આવનાર સમાન કસોટીપત્રોનો ઉપયોગ કરવાનો રહેશે . આ સિવાયની અન્ય વિષયની કસોટી સ્વનિર્ભર અને ગ્રાન્ટેડ પ્રાથમિકશાળાઓ સ્વૈચ્છિક લઈ શક્શે .
સદર કસોટીઓની ડેટાએન્ટ્રી અંગેની સૂચના સ્ટેટ પ્રોજેક્ટ ઓફિસ , સમગ્ર શિક્ષા , ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા આપવામાં આવશે . સમગ્ર પ્રક્રિયા દરમિયાન ગોપનીયતાની કાળજી લેવાની રહેશે.
